Today in class, we watched act 5, scenes 1 and 2 and discussed how Macbeth and Lady Macbeth have started to fall from power. We also were assigned groups, to begin working on our class presentations where we will act out the scenes from act 5. 

Info for finals:
-Know each character: who are they and what do they do in the story
-Know the order of events: what are the main events and who is involved

-Know why things happened: cause and effect

-On Beowulf, Canterbury Tales, and Macbeth Acts 1-3

How to study?
Make flashcards, read/watch summaries of the story (Cliffnotes/Sparknotes)

In class today we read Act 4, scenes 2 and 3, discussing whether or not Macbeth has the qualities of a good king. 

Absent?  Read the scenes from class today and answer the following questions:
1. Who are Duncan's sons?
2. Why did Macbeth kill Banquo?
3. Who did Macbeth try to kill, but got away?
4. What do Macbeth's friends/people in Scotland think of him?
5. What happens in Act 5, scene 1? (Last night's homework)

In class today, we read through Miss Worley's classroom expectations and the first scene of Act 4. 

Absent? Read Act 4, scene 1 and know the 4 apparitions that Macbeth sees.
