ACT Test Scoring Table:
How Many Questions Can You Miss on Each Section to Get a Certain ACT Score?
The ACT Test varies slightly in difficulty from test to test, so ACT curves each test so that a score from one test date will give colleges the same information about your academic ability as the score from another date. The table below shows the range of how many questions you must answer correctly to earn a certain score.  I have looked at every old ACT I could, and these are the ranges that I found.  Understand that if the test seems more difficult that day, it probably is more difficult, and the curve will reflect it.  Knowing this will help you relax and focus as you are testing.  If you have any questions about the use of this table, please email me at brian@freetestprep.com.
